This overnight Strawberry Chia Pudding is SO easy to make and (guess what?) it tastes like strawberry! Refined sugar free, vegan, and delicious, sweetened with Nutrient-Rich Date Syrup!

Ingredients

¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup oat milk
- ¼ cup Nutrient-Rich Date Syrup
- ¾ cup frozen strawberries
- ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
- ¼ cup thick vegan vanilla yogurt
Directions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth except for the chia seeds and yogurt.
- Transfer to a bowl and whisk in the chia seeds.
- Divide between mason jars or ramekins and set in the fridge at least two hours and up to overnight to thicken.
- When ready to serve, top each with yogurt and a single strawberry slice, and enjoy!
