Ingredients
-
2/3 cups creamy peanut butter
-
1 tbsp Nutrient-Rich Date Syrup
-
2 tbsp. Nutrient-Dense Date Sugar
-
32 oz. dark or milk chocolate bars
Directions
Mix peanut butter, date syrup, and date sugar together in a small bowl.
Melt chocolate (we recommend the water bath method, with a saucepan full of water over the direct heat of the stove and a metal bowl over that; it's slow, but nothing burns!)
Pour some chocolate into silicone jack-o-lantern molds until you cover their faces entirely.
Refrigerate the chocolate in the molds for 1–2 hours or until hard.
Form your peanut butter mixture into lumps and place the lumps into the center of each mold.
Cover with melted chocolate, then refrigerate again for 1–2 hours.
Serve those cups immediately or hide them for later.
