This healthy 10-minute barbecue pizza makes the perfect lunch, dinner, or afternoon snack for one—and it's made with just six ingredients—including our refined sugar free date-sweetened Barbecue Sauce!

Ingredients

1 piece of flat round or rectangular pita bread

Date-Sweetened Barbecue Sauce

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can of pineapple (optional)

¼ cup bacon bits

â…› red onion, finely sliced
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
Place your pita bread on a parchment-lined cookie or pizza pan.
Lavish with barbecue sauce and spread flat with a table knife or spatula.
Sprinkle your cheddar cheese evenly until it covers the entire surface of your bread.
Distribute your bacon bits, pineapple (if you want), and onions evenly over the cheese.
Add a little bit more cheese, then stick the entire thing in the oven for about 5–10 minutes.
Slice it up and enjoy!
