Ingredients

2 cups ripe sliced and soft peaches (about 2–3 large peaches)
- ¾ cup Nutrient-Dense Date Sugar
- Juice of one-half of a large lemon
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cups half-and-half
- ½ cup vanilla or plain protein powder
- ½ cup cashew butter
Directions
Peel and slice your peaches, then in a bowl, combine the lemon juice, date sugar, and extract together with the peach slices, mix well, and allow them to sit for 15 minutes.
Place your peach mixture into a food processor or blender and pulse gently until the mixture contains small chunks of peach.
Add into a bowl with the half-and-half and protein powder and mix well.
- Churn according to manufacturer’s instructions, then serve and enjoy!
