What happens when you cross whipped cream with coffee? Well, this does. Whipped coffee is a decadent spin on the drink we all know and love, served with a cold glass of milk and a smile.

Ingredients

3 tbsp instant coffee
- 3 tbsp Nutrient-Rich Date Syrup
- 3 tbsp hot water
- 8 oz. plant-based milk
Directions
Put instant coffee, date syrup, and hot water in a shallow bowl or pie pan, and whip with a fine mesh strainer for about five minutes, until you reach a thick consistency. (You can do this by moving the strainer from side-to-side.) Alternatively, you can combine the ingredients in a narrow glass and use a coffee frother.
