These healthy high-protein brownie truffles only need four ingredients, 10 minutes of your time, and a refrigerator to make, and true to the name, they taste like brownies!

Ingredients

½ cup cocoa powder

¼ cup protein powder
- ¼ cup peanut butter

¼ cup nutrient-rich date syrup
Directions
Mix protein powder and cocoa powder with a whisk until well-blended.
- Melt peanut butter in a microwave for 30–40 seconds, and add to the mixture.
- Add date syrup, and mix everything together.
Roll into ping-pong sized balls and chill for an hour.
- Serve and enjoy!
