No-Bake Chocolate Cake

This fudgy and delicious no-bake chocolate cake only requires five ingredients and is sweetened with dates!

Ingredients

2 cup Nutrient-Rich Date Paste
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon (optional, but recommended)
- ½ tsp salt (optional, but recommended)Â

300 grams of melted dark chocolate or about 3 melted dark chocolate bars
Directions
Soften date paste via the double boiler method or by microwaving in short 10-second increments.
Heat coconut milk until steaming and melt chocolate, then combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until well-combined.
Freeze or refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours or overnight.
Once done refrigerating, transfer mixture to a plate and sculpt with a spatula.
Finally, top it with a bit of cocoa and date sugar, slice it up, and enjoy!
