This healthy whipped hot chocolate is sweetened with Nutrient-Rich Date Syrup and is the perfect indulgent and creamy guilt-free treat you need regardless of the time of the year!

Ingredients

1 tbsp. Nutrient-Rich Date Syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla

¼ cup heavy whipping cream

1 ½ cups of milk

3 tbsp. Nutrient-Rich Date Syrup

1 tbsp. cocoa or 1 oz. dark chocolate
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Sugar-free mini marshmallowsÂ

Directions
Mix the whipped ingredients together in a wide bowl, then whip them together until well-mixed and peaks form. Set aside.
- Mix the ingredients for the liquid portion together in a saucepan over medium heat and stir continuously. When nice and consistently steamy, remove from heat and transfer to a mug. Dollop the whipped portion over the top, and add some sugar-free mini marshmallows for a healthy bit of self-indulgence.
- Finally, take a chocolate bar and carefully shave some off with a knife into the hot chocolate (make sure the knife is always facing away from you, and that you watch out for your fingers!). If you have a potato peeler or grater, they may work just as well and have the added benefit of being safer to use!
