Ingredients

1 cup creamy Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup date syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 2 pieces dark chocolate
- Mixed berries
- Chopped peanuts (optional)
Directions
Swirl your date syrup into your Greek yogurt, then pour into a jar, cup, or ramekin. Tap to set.
- Place a thinnish layer of creamy peanut butter over your Greek yogurt layer.
- If using berries, place them over the peanut butter.
- Melt your dark chocolate via a double boiler or a short time in the microwave, and pour a thin layer over the peanut butter and berries.
- If using chopped peanuts, sprinkle over the dark chocolate.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour and enjoy!
