Ingredients

4 eggs
- 2 tbsp Nutrient-Rich Date SyrupÂ
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)Â
- ½ tsp sea salt (optional)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 325ºF.
- Separate your egg whites from your egg yolks.
- Using an electric mixer, beat your egg whites until peaks form.
- Melt your chocolate chips via a double boiler and stir your egg yolks and date syrup (and vanilla extract and salt, optionally), into it and mix until well-combined.
- Add in your egg whites, and mix until smooth.
Add a greased and parchment-lined loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- Finally, slice up and enjoy!
