Ingredients

½ cup butter, room temp. (or coconut oil)

1 cup date sugar

2 tsp vanilla
-
1 egg
-
1 cup oat flour
-
¾ cup oats
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp baking soda
-
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Beat together butter, date sugar, and vanilla.
Mix in 1 egg until smooth.
Mix together, then add in oat flour, oats, salt, baking soda, and chocolate chips.
Roll into 2” balls & flatten slightly
Bake for 8-9 minutes. Let cool completely before removing from pan. Ta-daa, cookies!
