High-Protein Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

I am guilty of eating several cookies' worth of dough anytime I make a batch-- it's just too good!! So my solution is a vegan, delicious, high-protein dessert that is designed to be eaten without ever reaching the oven. Enjoy!

Ingredients

½ cup date paste
- â…“ cup milk of choice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop (approx ¼ cup) vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
In a food processor or blender, blend dates, milk, protein powder and vanilla until smooth. Pour into a small mixing bowl.
- Add the almond flour, stirring until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and enjoy fresh from the bowl or roll into balls and place on a plate. Put the plate in the fridge until cold. You could also place them in the freezer for fun frozen cookie dough bites!
