Directions
Soften your date paste either via a double boiler or by 30-second increments in the microwave.
Melt butterscotch and dark chocolate.
Combine butterscotch, dark chocolate, and date paste together in a double boiler, stirring until everything is mixed together smoothly.
Spoon about two tablespoon portions of the mixture onto a plate or parchment-lined cookie sheet, and shape each one into a nest.
Refrigerate overnight or freeze for 30 minutes.
