Superfood Granola
This is our favorite granola recipe to "date." Get it? But seriously, if you're looking for an easy, ready to go breakfast or snack this superfood granola is for you. Packed with nutritional goodness like chia seeds, almonds and dates; this granola recipe is soon to be your favorite too!

Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

2/3 cup whole almonds

2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1/3 cup Date Lady Pure Date Syrup

1/4 cup Date Lady Date Sugar

3 Tbsp melted coconut oil

2 Tbsp chia seeds
-
1½ Tbsp raw sunflower seeds

1½Tbsp flax meal
-
2 tsp cinnamon
-
3 Tbsp goji berries
-
1/4 cup dried apricots chopped

1/3 cup Date Lady Organic Dates pitted and chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 275°F
Combine all ingredients in large bowl aside from dried fruit (apricots, goji berries, dates) Mix with spatula.
Line baking sheet with parchment and spread granola evenly.
Bake about 20-30 minutes. Once cooled, add dried fruit.
