Ingredients

½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup date paste
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 100 grams vegan dark chocolate
Directions
Whisk almond flour and matcha powder together until well-combined.
- Soften date paste via a double boiler or 30-second non-consecutive increments in the microwave, then add date paste to match-flour mixture.
- Once combined, form mixture into teaspoon-sized balls.
- Dip each in white chocolate, then place on a plate.
- Freeze for 30 minutes, then keep them in your refrigerator and snack as you please!
