Pumpkin Energy Balls

Gluten Free Sweet

These fall themed energy bites really are great anytime of the year. Loaded with an extra dose of Vitamin A, these make an extra special treat for adults and kids alike!


1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 cup almond butter

1/4 cup date syrup

1 1/2 cup rolled oats

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Blend first three ingredients together until smooth. Add in oats, cinnamon, and chocolate chips. Roll balls by hand, or use a small scoop with a squeeze handle for perfectly sized cookie dough-esque shapes every time! (This saves time too.) Refrigerate in an airtight container.
