Ingredients

¾ cup creamy peanut butter

- 1 ½ cups coconut cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, mix peanut butter and date sugar together, then mix in your coconut cream, vanilla, and salt until well-combined.
- Churn in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Add the chocolate chips during the last five minutes of churning.
- Serve immediately if you like your ice cream soft. If you’d like it to be of a slightly firmer texture, freeze it for ten minutes. If you’d like to store it and serve it sometime else, be sure to allow it to thaw 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
