Only five ingredients and 10 minutes of your time required! And, it's so delish! This refined sugar free, vegan Peanut Butter Fudge combines peanut buttery, salty, and sweet in a single recipe. Very much recommended as a guilt-free, delicious snack.

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup Nutrient-Rich Date Syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oilÂ

¼ cup vanilla or plain vegan protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt (optional)
Directions
Line a small baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the coconut oil, then combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Place the baking pan in the freezer and freeze for 1 hour or until the fudge is firm or set.
- Once frozen, remove from the freezer, cut into squares, top with a sprinkling of salt, and enjoy!
