High-Protein Brownie Fudge Pops (No-Bake)

This no-bake, high-protein, rich and chocolatey dessert is absolutely delicious! Coated in chocolate, with a date-sweetened brownie batter fudge interior, there isn't much else you could ask for in a dessert.

Ingredients

¾ cup Nutrient-Rich Date Paste
- 1 cup yogurt
- ½ cup vanilla, plain, or chocolate protein powder
- â…“ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extractÂ
- â…“ cup runny nut butter
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 ¼ cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Scoop about one tablespoon of the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet and shape into a circle (oil your spoon or fingers if you need to in order to make it happen). Repeat until you run out of batter!
Freeze for 3–5 hours, then coat in melted chocolate.
- Freeze again for 20 minutes and enjoy!
