This is the somewhat-indulgent, somewhat-healthy afternoon snack you've been waiting for, sweetened with Nutrient-Dense Date Sugar and Date Paste. It's very easy, with a cinnamony, autumnal taste, and a decadent texture.

Ingredients

2 plain rice cakes
- 2–4 tbsp plain cashew butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp Nutrient-Rich Date Syrup
- 5 tbsp Nutrient-Rich Date Paste
- ¼ cup white chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp Nutrient-Dense Date Sugar
Directions
To soften your date paste, stick it in the microwave for 15–60 seconds, stopping every 15 seconds to check how soft it’s become. Be sure to not microwave it for too long, or it will burn!
Mix your plain cashew butter with date syrup, cinnamon, and softened date paste.
- Once the combination has been well-mixed, spread over your rice cakes.
- Drizzle your melted white chocolate over your rice cakes, then finish them off with a sprinkling of date sugar and cinnamon.
