These 4-Ingredient Coffee Gelato Bars are refined sugar free and easy to make! They're basically coffee-flavored whipped ice cream bars with chocolate. Delish!

Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream

¼ cup espresso
- 2 tbsp Nutrient-Rich Date Syrup

½ espresso powder (optional)
- 200 g dark chocolate
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except for dark chocolate; whip until the mixture is thick and whipped cream-like.
Pour mixture into a parchment-lined bread pan and freeze overnight.
Pour melted dark chocolate over the top of the frozen whipped cream (optionally topping that with a sprinkling of salt) and freeze for another thirty minutes.
Chop into bars. I recommend a large chopping knife and that you make the chopping a forceful and swift action. The bottom will start melting away rather quickly after being taken out of the freezer, so you have to make quick work of it!
When all the chopping is done, there is only one thing left to do—enjoy!
