These Chocolate-Stuffed Waffles are SO amazing and make me feel warm inside and stuffed with happiness. As if that isn't enough, they're also good for you and made with refined sugar free, kosher, vegan, date-sweetened, nutrient-rich chocolate spread. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp Nutrient-Dense Date Sugar
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- dash of salt

Date-Sweetened Chocolate Spread
Directions
Mix all your ingredients together really well until smooth.
Take a small amount of batter and pour it onto your heated waffle iron. Place a small spoonful of chocolate spread on top of it. The spoonful must be small enough to be encompassed on all sides by the batter. Finally, pour some more batter over the chocolate spread and smash the waffle iron top down (gently).
- Repeat step 2 until you run out of batter.
- Finally, top with some date syrup and enjoy!
