Ingredients
-
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 cups milk of choice
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 ½ tbsp date syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp sea salt
-
¼ cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs or shaved chocolate

Directions
Whisk oats ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until combined. Set aside to thicken.
- Stir chocolate chips and avocado oil together in a double boiler, or place in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted.
Divide the mixture evenly between 4 containers, roughly 8 ounces each. Spoon 2 tsp of the melted chocolate mixture over the oat mixture evenly, swirling it into the oats or tilting the jar gently to coat the surface. Sprinkle with cacao nibs or shaved chocolate.
- Let it stand until the chocolate layer is set, then put the lids on and place in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours or up to 4 days.
- When ready to eat, just pull a jar from the fridge and enjoy!
