Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup vanilla or plain whey protein powder
- ½ cup Nutrient-Dense Date Sugar
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup softened butter or softened coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Place flour in a microwave-safe dish and microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds, stirring it every 15 seconds. This will heat-treat the flour and make it safe to eat.
- Add all ingredients together in a small mixing bowl and stir until well-combined. Last of all, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Mix well, then put your cookie dough in small ramekins or bowls and (optionally) chill for 1 hour.
