Bacon Wrapped Chicken with Date Balsamic

15 chicken breasts or thighs 1 16 oz package bacon 1/4 cup  Date Lady Date Syrup and 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar, mixed salt & pepper Grease a cookie sheet or shallow roasting pan. Salt and pepper each side of chicken pieces and line on pan. Drizzle date balsamic and syrup mixture on the top of each piece and then wrap with one piece of bacon. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Just before serving, drizzle the top of each bacon wrapped chicken with more date syrup and balsamic.
