This Paleo Pecan Tart is a special treat to take to your next get together. Gluten free and delicious, it's nutty texture and sweet flavor is rich and satisfying. Inspired from the book "Primal Cravings".
15 chicken breasts or thighs
1 16 oz package bacon
1/4 cup Date Lady Date Syrup and 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar, mixed
salt & pepper
Grease a cookie sheet or shallow roasting pan. Salt and pepper each side of chicken pieces and line on pan. Drizzle date balsamic and syrup mixture on the top of each piece and then wrap with one piece of bacon. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Just before serving, drizzle the top of each bacon wrapped chicken with more date syrup and balsamic.
This one bowl cornbread is simple & a nice cross between the old-fashioned and the sweet boxed brand everybody loves. Sweetened with date syrup & gluten free. Enjoy with baked salmon, chili and other favorites. For an extra special cornbread and our favorite rendition of the recipe, use blue cornmeal in place of yellow cornmeal.
