Here's a sauce that's perfect for dunking egg rolls, stirring into shredded chicken, or brushing onto a pork kebab decked with pineapple and peppers!

For about 1 cup of sauce:

3 cloves garlic, crushed

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

1 T coconut oil

1 c apple sauce

3 T date syrup

3 T apple cider vinegar

1 T balsamic vinegar

1 tsp salt

Gently sautee garlic and ginger in coconut oil. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Puree with an immersion blender or regular blender. Pour into a glass jar and refrigerate.
