Date-Sweetened Tahini Fudge
1 cup tahini
¼ cup melted coconut oil
2 Tbsps date syrup
½ tsp quality vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Whisk ingredients together until smooth and pour into a parchment lined load pan or silicone molds. Freeze until set.
