Ingredients

14 oz. firm tofu
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup date paste
- 1 cup plant-based milk

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Directions
Soak date paste in the milk for 10–30 minutes to soften.
Combine all ingredients together and blend until silky and smooth.
Refrigerate an hour or two if desired, or eat right out of the blender!
