This is the autumn snack you've been waiting for! It only takes ten minutes to make and another hour to chill, and it tastes like the incarnation of pumpkin spice happiness. You must make them and eat them.

Ingredients

½ cup creamy cashew or almond butter
- ¼ cup Nutrient-Rich Date Syrup
- ¼ cup pumpkin purée
- 1 cup blanched, unpacked almond flour
- ¼ cup plain or vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional)Â
- Pinch of salt (optional)Â
- White chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
Roll into one-tablespoon size balls, place onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet, and chill for an hour.
