Ingredients

â…” cup Nutrient-Rich Date Syrup
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurtÂ
- 1 cup whey-based vanilla or plain protein powderÂ
- 4 tsp espresso powder
- 2 cup half-and-half
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix all your ingredients together in a large bowl until well-combined.
- Pour into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Pour into an airtight container and freeze for about an hour until you’re ready to serve it. It should require no thawing at all.
