Ingredients
- ½ cup Nutrient-Rich Date Syrup
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurtÂ
- ½ cup whey-based vanilla or plain protein powderÂ
- 2 tsp espresso powder or instant coffee
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)Â
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl with a whisk.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, and freeze for 1–3 hours.
- Pop those fudgesicles out! If using a silicone mold, this will be relatively easy, but if you’re using a plastic mold, run some hot water over the molds until the fudgesicles break out.
- Enjoy!
