Ingredients
- 1 cup date paste
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup hot water
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 200 grams dark chocolate
Directions
- Soften your date paste via the double boiler method or 30-second increments in the microwave. Date paste is rich in nutrients, fiber, and antioxidants, and is absolutely delish on top of that!
- Add to a food processor or bowl along with all the other ingredients except for coconut oil and dark chocolate. Mix until smooth.
- Pour into a parchment-lined pan and freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Melt your chocolate via the double boiler method.
- Cut your frozen caramel into squares and dip them in melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle them with sea salt and freeze for half an hour.
