This healthy date-sweetened Peppermint Mocha is actually a metaphorical cup of Christmas cheer that will put you in the spirit for the holidays. But mostly it is a healthy peppermint mocha which will taste amazing and which you need to make every single day (instead of coffee) up until Christmas. This is not optional. You must do this.

Ingredients

1 cup milk
- ¼ cup espressoÂ
- â…› tsp peppermint extract
- ½ tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Nutrient-Rich Date Syrup
Directions
Heat milk until it’s warm, then whisk in your peppermint extract, cocoa powder, and date syrup until warm and frothy.
- Pour milk mixture into a mug, top with that ¼ cup of espresso, and enjoy!
- Optionally, top your peppermint mocha with whipped cream and a sprinkling of crushed organic peppermint candy if you’re feeling particularly indulgent!
