Mix all the ingredients for the date paste layer until it reaches a relatively dry, pasty texture. Tamp it down in a parchment-lined bread pan until flat and evenly distributed. Peanut Butter Layer Mix all the ingredients together until well-combined. Pour mixture into parchment-lined bread pan and spread evenly. Coconut Layer Mix all the ingredients together until well-combined. Pour mixture into bread pan and spread evenly. Stick the bread pan into the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour or until solid. Chocolate Layer Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Pour into bread pan and freeze for 30 minutes to an hour.
