Ingredients
-
¾ cups softened butter
-
1 ½ cups Nutrient-Dense Date Sugar
-
1 ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 eggsÂ
- 1 cup oat flour
-
¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cream of tartarÂ
-
½ tsp baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Mix the first three ingredients together until well-combined, then add in everything else.
Once everything is well-mixed, roll the cookie dough into 1 tbsp-size balls and place them on a pan.
Flatten each with a spatula, then cook for 12–15 minutes or until slightly brown at 350ºF. The cookies will be soft to the touch, but will morph into a chewier texture after cooling.
