These Date Sn*ckers Bars are an easy, no-bake, five-ingredient healthy treat to die for, with a date layer, a peanut butter layer, a peanut layer, and a layer of dark chocolate, sprinkled with a delicate sprinkling of beautiful, flakey sea salt. You need to make this, or else you will have never truly lived.

Ingredients

30–45 Organic Date Lady Dates (pitted)
- 1 ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup chopped almonds

¾ cup dark chocolate chips (melted)
- Flakey sea salt
Directions
Tamp down your pitted dates into a parchment-lined loaf pan or small baking pan (less than 8 x 8) until they form a completely flattened, monolithic layer.
- Pour your creamy peanut butter over it (be sure to melt it to liquid in a microwave for 30–60 seconds if solid), then chop some almonds and sprinkle them over the peanut butter.
- Melt your chocolate chips via a double boiler and pour the melted chocolate over the almonds and peanut butter.
- Finally, top everything with a sprinkling of sea salt.
- Refrigerate for at least three hours or overnight.
- Finally (finally), chop up into bars and enjoy!
