½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup vanilla or plain protein powder
- 2 tbsp Nutrient-Rich Date Syrup
- â…“ melted coconut oil

- â…› tsp peppermint extract (optional)

Directions
Melt your dark chocolate chips and coconut oil for 30–180 seconds in the microwave, pausing every sixty seconds to make certain it isn’t burning.
- Mix your coating ingredients in a bowl until it reaches a smooth liquid consistency.
Take your silicone Christmas tree molds and coat the entire interior of the molds with your chocolate coating. Freeze for at least 15 minutes or until hard.
- Melt your peanut butter to a more liquidy consistency via a 30–60 second spin in the microwave (be careful not to burn it!).
- Mix all your filling ingredients together until smooth.
- Take your chocolate-coated Christmas tree molds out of the freezer and fill each one with your peanut butter filling, flattening the coating out if necessary.
- Cover with the rest of your chocolate coating, then freeze for another 15 minutes or until hard.
Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later!
