These chocolate raspberry yogurt truffles are for people who like chocolate, raspberry, yogurt, and truffles. Also, if you like healthy, refined sugar free, easy-to-make desserts, well, this just happens to qualify as well.

Ingredients

2 cups raspberries
- 3 heaping tablespoons of Greek yogurt

4 tbsp Nutrient-Rich Date Syrup
- 3 â…“ tbsp peanut butter
- 1 â…” cup dark sugar-free chocolate chips
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Directions
Mash your raspberries with a fork.
- Add all your ingredients together (except for the chocolate chips and peanut butter) and mix well.
- Divide into ten muffin molds (with muffin liners) and freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Melt your chocolate chips and dip your frozen yogurt bites using a fork, and wipe any excess chocolate off the bottom of the fork against the edge of the melted chocolate bowl.
- Place your chocolate-dipped yogurt bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for at least 20–30 minutes.
- Cut it up and enjoy!
