Ingredients

1 cup date paste
- 200 grams white chocolateÂ
- 1 tsp matcha powder
Directions
Soften your date paste via the double boiler method or 30-second increments in the microwave.
- Tamp your date paste into a flat square or rectangle on a parchment-lined cookie sheet, plate, or loaf pan.
- Freeze for one hour.
- Melt your white chocolate in a double boiler.
- Once melted, add your matcha powder and mix well.
- Cut your date paste rectangle into small squares with a chopping knife (oil if necessary).
Completely submerge each square in your white chocolate–matcha mix, then lift each of them out with a fork and place onto a wire rack over a cookie sheet to harden. (You may also refrigerate or freeze them to facilitate the process.)
