Ingredients

Ice Cream

• 2 cups raw cashews soaked & drained

• ¾ cup coconut milk 

• ⅓ cup Nutrient-Dense Date Sugar

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Caramel

• ¼ cup nut butter

• ¾ cup Nutrient-Rich Date Paste

• ¼ cup coconut oil
• ¼ tsp salt
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 1–2 tbsp water (as needed)

Finishing touches

• 1 cup roasted and chopped cashews or peanuts

• 300 grams of dark chocolate
