Mix first three ingredients together until blended through.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Roll into 1-inch balls and then press with a fork until they have peanut butter cookie appeal! Bake for 9 minutes at 350°F.

What type of peanut butter did you use?
I ended up adding almost 3/4 cup of coconut flour to make the dough firm enough to roll into balls and press with a fork.
They were delicious, but the 3 tablespoons of coconut flour seems to be a typo.
