Date Lady Pecan Brownies
Brownies with added white sugar? No thanks! These rich and decadent pecan brownies are a great go-to. Even better, they are sweetened with date syrup and made without any refined sugar. Go crazy with chocolate chips, add shredded coconut instead of pecans. Dress them up to your taste!

FUDGY not fishy – sorry!

Rachel Gordon on Jun 01, 2023

I’ve made these several times. You can slightly undercook them to get a fishy brownie, or fully cook them to get a more traditional brownie. An excellent recipe.

Dangerously delicious! I made the following modifications:
—1 tsp vanilla extract PLUS 1/2 tsp. Almond Extract (raised the chocolate flavor to something like a flourless torte).
—added 1 cup of organic chocolate chips (Date Lady, when are you coming out with chocolate chips? I’ll buy.)
—substituted 1 cup of chopped walnuts in the batter. None on top.
Overall, these are so good the first time that they are going to a party tomorrow. First-time recipes rarely get that privilege! Thanks for the great recipes, Team Date Lady!

Can't Stop Cashews

We cannot say enough about these roasted cashews. They are the perfect balance of salty and sweet and so fantastic with a cold drink or for a casual get together. The name says it all, once you start eating these delectable nuts, you won't want to stop!

Chocolate

This 5-ingredient recipe is so very simple and works best with a silicone mold of some sort so that you can easily "pop-out" the chocolate when done. Alternatively, you can wait until it hardens up a bit and scoop out with a small cookie scoop for a truffle appeal. We recommend adding some nuts, coconut, dried fruit or dash of vanilla salt to add a nice contrast this dark, rich chocolate.
