10 Minute Chocolate Date Truffles
1 cup of date paste
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 TBSP date syrup
1/4 nut butter such as cashew or peanut butter
pinch of sea salt
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Form the mixture into balls.
3. Roll balls into small amount of cacao powder or topping of choice.
4. Transfer to parchment paper
Optional: dip finished balls in melted chocolate of choice and set aside until set.
Makes about 16 truffles.
Keep in refrigerator for up to 1 week or freezer for 1 month.
