These are sticky, full of peanuts and chocolate, but none of the bad stuff. Meant to be a fun twist on Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, this recipe has been adjusted for easy layering so small children can get in on the fun. No messing with dipping chocolate or finicky molds, just layering delicious, healthy ingredients to be enjoyed by the whole family. Enjoy!

Ingredients
-
6-8 oz melted chocolate
- 1 tsp avocado oil
- ½ cup date Syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter
Directions
Fill a mini muffin tin with paper liners
Using a piping bag or spoon, layer the bottom ⅓ of the wrapper with peanut butter
Using a Date Lady squeeze bottle of Date Syrup, layer the middle of the wrapper
Place the pan in the freezer to begin hardening. Meanwhile, melt your chocolate and oil in a double boiler or microwave until smooth
Remove the pan from the freezer and drizzle the chocolate over the top of each Reese’s bite. Drizzle optional peanuts and/or sea salt on top, then place back in the freezer
After about 30-60 minutes, check to make sure your layers have hardened. They are ready to enjoy whenever the texture is satisfactory! These are best stored in the freezer so they don’t lose their shape at room temperature.
