Ingredients

1 ¾ cups coconut cream
- ½ cup cashew butter
- â…“ cup date syrup
- ¼ cup sifted cocoa
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

1 ½ cup dairy-free white chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
Mix the first four ingredients (and vanilla, if applicable) together until well-combined.
- Pour into an 8 x 8 parchment-lined pan, and then freeze for at least five hours or overnight.
- Cut into nine different squares and set aside.
- Melt white chocolate with coconut oil and mix well.
- Dip squares into white chocolate with a fork, and set aside on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Freeze your chocolate-dipped squares in a parchment-lined cookie pan for at least 10 minutes or until they’re totally hard.
