Clingman Ingredients 1 ¾ cups coconut cream ½ cup cashew butter ⅓ cup date syrup ¼ cup sifted cocoa 2 tsp vanilla extract (optional) 1 ½ cup dairy-free white chocolate chips 3 tbsp coconut oil DirectionsMix the first four ingredients (and vanilla, if applicable) together until well-combined. Pour into an 8 x 8 parchment-lined pan, and then freeze for at least five hours or overnight. Cut into nine different squares and set aside. Melt white chocolate with coconut oil and mix well. Dip squares into white chocolate with a fork, and set aside on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Freeze your chocolate-dipped squares in a parchment-lined cookie pan for at least 10 minutes or until they’re totally hard. Enjoy!
