Ingredients

Coconut Latte Popsicles
13.5 oz can of organic coconut milk (full fat)
1/2 cup coconut date sauce
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 pack via instant coffee dissolved into
8 oz hot water
1 pack (0.35 oz) (10g) gelatin or collagen peptides


Not a fan of coffee? No problem.
Try this instead!

Chocolate Popsicles
2 cups almond milk
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup coconut date sauce or date syrup
1 pack or scoop of collagen peptides

Method

1. Mix together ingredients and pour into molds.
2. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
3. (Optional) Melt semi-sweet chocolate and dip popsicles, roll into nuts, pretzels etc.
