I love to eat these delicious dates with creamy peanut butter as a sweet caramely treat. They taste like caramel but a healthy version. These are the best dates I've ever had and always excellent quality! I highly recommend them.

I know what you're thinking, dates may be healthy and delicious, but how do I use them to replace sugar in my recipes? We've got you covered!
Here's a bite-sized explanation of the difference between date syrup, date sugar and date paste. All products are made with one simple ingredient by the way: dates!
Date Syrup: similar in consistency to honey or maple syrup, date syrup can be used to sweeten coffee, add to roasted veggies or substitute white sugar in recipes for a moist dessert.
Date Sugar: dried, ground dates perfect for substituting white sugar in baking. Substitute 1:1 and decrease dry ingredients called for in the recipe by 25%.
Date Paste: pitted and pureed dates great for thickening smoothies, making energy balls or this year's pecan pie!
Substituting dates in your recipes is easy. Check out this chart or find ready to go, tested recipes on our recipe page!
