This is a simple, no-fuss, gluten free peanut butter cookie recipe that will satisfy your craving for baked goodies. Naturally sweetened with date syrup, the cookies are also nice for those trying to cut out processed sugar. For something especially decadent, add chocolate chips!
1 cup peanut butter
¾ cup Date Lady Pure Date Syrup
1 Tbsp coconut flour
1¼ tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp sea salt
1. Mix first three ingredients together until blended through.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Roll into 1-inch balls and then press with a fork until they have peanut butter cookie appeal! Bake for 9 minutes at 350°F.
