4½ cups oats (we used gluten free)
1½ cups peanut butter
1 cup Date Lady Pure Date Syrup
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
3 large eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
¼ sea salt
1 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks
Optional: 1 cup M&M's
1. Simply mix all ingredients with exception of chocolate chips, together until well combined. A stand mixer is best for monster cookies as the batter will be thick.
2. Add in chocolate chips and bake at 350°F for approximately 15 minutes.
