Banana Bread (Vegan)

Breakfast Vegan

This moist, delicious, vegan banana bread is truly wonderful without processed sugars, eggs, or dairy!

For 1 loaf:

1 cup mashed banana

1/2 cup date syrup

1/3 cup coconut oil

1 3/4 cup white whole wheat flour

1 tsp cream of tartar 

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. Add in dry ingredients and stir gently until mixed. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
